Manheim Minneapolis offers a Total Resourse Auction every Tuesday at 1:00pm open to the public and every Wednesday Dealer Consignment sale. We also offer Closed Factory Sales alternating betweeen Ford Factory and Chrysler Remarketing.
Manheim Minneapolis is MORE THAN JUST AN AUCTION, providing a full range of reconditioning (mechanical, body, paint, accessory and detail shops), secured vehicle storage, complete marketing, transportation, title services and 24/7 security to allow for vehicle pick-up and drop-off.

Large car auction house, clean and well designed facilities. Upon arriving I waited for staff behind the counter great me but no one did and had to search around for my agent l. The agent was very professional, courteous, and patient. However despite being the only car leaving, the exit booth operator was pushy and impatient.

Lucky i cant leave zero stars. If you have to drive 2 hours to go to different auction go. Every other location zero issues. this one cant seem to get it right.
I tried picking up a vehicle for transport here during normal hours only to be told by the stubborn security that corporate changed the hours from 10pm closure for picking up vehicles to 5pm. That makes no sense. Can’t keep the economy or business going with cutting hours for something that requires just a scan and the driver does the rest of the work finding the car in the lot and taking it out the gate.
I buy multiple cars every week here for my dealership. This morning I was denied access buy a rude fat man at the front door. Learn how to treat customers!
Great people and very helpful
We were sold a car with over 111,000 miles. They had told everyone it was 11,000 miles. They have screwed up cars, and then, when I put cars in their auction and they don't sell, they always come back with damage. For example, a classic Mercedes, all the seats were ripped up after the auction. They play ball with big dealers and push down on the smaller dealers. Had big dealers knowingly sell me vehicles with bad transmissions, bad engines, etc, and arbitration always sides with the big dealer, even when the vehicle hasn't even left their auction and the issue was cited immediately. The worst part is that they lie and say it is fine. Their people who inspect their vehicles are tilted. These people are sketchy and you have to be very careful doing business with them because they will bully you and say, for example, do this or you can never come here again.
Bought a car on OVE and got my confirmation that the car was mine. The next day I get told by Manheim that another dealer was suppose to buy the car but couldn't because of computer problems and that they would be reversing the deal and selling it to the other dealer even though I had paper work saying it was mine. I talked with Jessica Hess about this matter and she accused me of stealing cars. When I told her that was a highly unprofessional thing to say to a customer of almost ten years she said it was just a joke. What a bad way to do business. Manheim show's favoritism to another dealer, undoing a car that I bought fair and square, and then makes a "joke" about me being a theft.
I would be very cautious purchasing vehicles from this sale online. Condition report may not be accurate. After much time and effort on dealer side, Arbritration dept. offers a "goodwill gesture" for only a fraction of the true damage cost. We operate two used car locations and 6 franchise stores in Virginia and tried this sale. We will not be considering this Manheim location in the future.
