The product is nice, the service at the front end is spectacular but at the back end sucks badly. We are at the 6 month mark and have been waiting for a call back for about a month. Also, my service rep made commitments to me but never followed through. Honestly, they are not worth the premium fee they charge.
Sarah was really helpful and very patient with our project. Highly recommended
