10 years ago I bought my first rental property in Edmonton, a 900 square foot single family home. I'm a carpenter who enjoys renovating so I thought it wouldn't be too much. I re-did everything on this house.... new windows, electrical, siding, moved walls, etc. The only thing original remaining is the plaster walls. It took me 3 years I took on too much. I re-did the entire plumbing - every fixture, tap, drain including the stack, jackhammered the basement floor, installed all new underground, added toilets, moved floor drains. Everything. In the midst of this reno I walked in to Lyall's store looking for a shower. We struck up a conversation, and I explained my situation. I ended up hiring Bathrooms Unlimited to help. Lyall worked with me and did everything. Underground, water lines, vanities, install, and plenty of advice, support, and help. He saved my ass. Subsequently I owned other rentals 4 more, and Lyall has helped me with plumbing renovations on each of them. He's my plumber. He's honest and fair. I recommend him to my friends.
Poor management, very arrogant, quick talking about how good they are,but the horrible trade work speaks for its self ,doesn't want fix or make anything right according to contract even, has two guys doing a one man job, everything wrong had a a exuse,or blamed on someone else ,would rather go to arbitration instead of just doing quality work, with pride, sad that these little fly by night companies exist, for apparent 25 years bathroom renovation experience, does not show,as seems unintelligible of many aspects of the construction of it,but seems to have the money or businesses side down ,very well, not happy at all, will post pictures for people to see for self, also notify better business bureau
