Highly recommend I had a wonderful experience, I had my hair done there for my last fitting of my wedding dress. I also had my hair cut there on a separate occasion by the same person and loved the stylist I had.Services: Blowouts
I had no idea what I wanted, since I have had bad experiences when it comes to pay, this was affordable. Sunny was the stylist who cut my hair she also suggested putting a few foils in,which she did, when I came out of her salon I felt beautiful and totally loved having someone suggest something since half the time I don’t even know what i want. She had no idea what she was doing. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. she proceeded to give me a bowl hair cut without the bowl and shaved the back of my neck well passed it should have been.she did no layering and seemed to be in a big rush since my cut took ten minutes and then pushed out.
I called and made an appointment to get my hair colored with highlights. When the girl was coloring my hair she did both sides with color and highlights then stopped because a girl came in to get her haircut told me that it was normal to only do half your hair with a color and highlights cut the girls hair then came back and finish doing the color and highlights. Then she proceeded to cut another girls hair after that she went outside for a smoke then put a processor on my hair and told me that it would take 20 minutes then proceeded to cut someone else’s hair she came back to rinse my hair and then put a towel on my head while I sat at the sink and she proceeded to cut another persons hair then she came and cut and styled my hair asked me how I liked it I said it wasn’t what I asked for she said it was a miscommunication this was a 3 1/2 hour process because I waited for her to cut other peoples hair in between doing mine. She never offered to see if I would come back to fix it or anything when I went in to speak with the owner she told me I would need to speak with the girl but in the meantime told me that it wasn’t professional for her to cut that many peoples hair in between coloring and highlighting and when I did come back the girl was very defensive and told me the owner said do not give her her money back if that was the case why tell me to come and speak with the girl that did my hair if nothing was going to be done this was very unprofessional of the owner and of the stylist. The stylist has also told me about other stylist in there using dirty clippers and people getting scalp problems that caused them to go to a doctor to see what was happening this again is very unprofessional. I just wanted to say if the stylist would have offered for me to come back I would have gone back but to be treated defensively because I came back and said something I wasn’t happy that you get that angry is very sad.Service: Hairstyling
Great experience. Cindy cut my hair. She was very friendly and took pride in what she was doing. She cared about what I wanted done and made sure I was happy throughout. At the end she even grabbed a hot wet cloth and after blow drying my hair away she wiped the rest of my neck and head down. She went above and beyond most other places I've been. And my haircut is great. I will be back!
the girls are amazing.. my daughters have seen Summer and she is always great with them!! my husband loves Denise!! he has been getting his hair cut from her for over 2 years and never complains!!
