Me and husband bought hair products at the store from their sale racks we left the store without checking the receipt. I was putting stuff away then I've noticed that the leave in conditioner I bought is priced for $17 and I was charged for $21.75 we are not from town so I didn't make it back that day. I went to the store 2days later but the lady said she can't do anything anymore cause the till is closed cause it's 4:30pm already so she asked me to come back on certain days when the manager is around so I did and I explained to her what happened and I am in shocked that she can't do anything about it. She said that it's a wrong tag on the bottle and on their system it's $21.75 already. So I ended up going home without my refund which is their screw up.

Long wait times for a haircut (1 1/2 to 2 hours). Understaffed, 8 chairs and only 2 people working. Frequently leaving cutting your hair to deal with customers at front counter. The woman that cut my hair needs to brush up on her people skills. What's the point of offering a service if you can't staff it properly? Many people simply walked away when they were told how long the wait time would be... It's not like they seem busy either, there was no one else in the shop. We wont be back, there are lots of other places to get your hair cut.
