Regal Nails

Not a great experience for my first time getting my nails done. They were very rough on the hands, and didn’t really seem to care about evenness. Completely botched the nail of my middle finger on my left hand and almost all of the nails are uneven. They even tried to coerce me into getting my eyebrows done after I said no. They were fairly polite but I don’t think I’ll be going back again.

I’ve been there a few times now. Tina had done my nails a few times and I was happy. The last couple times I had a young guy do them. The first time he did good I was happy with the shape but he burned me a few times with the nail drill/file and didn’t put the polish down far enough on the nail. The last time he was no good at all. He did not give me the shape I asked for, the polish looked terrible and he trimmed my cuticles and left them looking horrible. They looked better when I went in. I ended up just reshaping them myself. And to top it all off I noticed after I left that he charged me for a service I didn’t even get. I was in a rush to leave and didn’t notice until later. I don’t think I’ll go back. Time to find a new salon.

Love this place. Pedicures are always awesome and they do my nails wonderfully. They are polite and fun to be around.

Very disgusting pedicure. Cut my toe nails too short, the staff person doing my toe nails was rude and very inappropriate. My toe nails were even cut unevenly. I would like to speak to the owner!

Got gel polish on my hands. Didn't even last a week. Also got my eyebrows waxed on a chair in the corner and the woman was on the phone the entire time talking to someone I can o ky assume was a friend as it was on her personal cell phone. I would not recommend.
