One star is being generous. Entered the store and  asked about white gold and was told there was no resell value in white gold. We were not looking for a gift for resell value, looking of a keep sake. They suggested the mall as a better candidate for us. Had a budget of $1000. Extremely rude customer service. Will never shop there again.

Worst experience ever. I bought something that I paid 550 bucks but something better than that I got in 410 bucks.... it's true. They are just looting your hard earned money. Please think before u go there 
I went there for the first time and got worst customer service. I bought something but later on I wanted to return it but they had no return policy ; ok that's fine I understand but the people work there are horrible. They said rude things to me....  I will not recommend this store....... never
