Two stars because we can trust them for gold. But the customer service is poor they don’t really care about there customer. They r there to only sell not to serve. Would have sent my friends and family over there but the way they talk i will have to think twice before recommending them to anyone.

Went here couple of months ago, really poor service. They are so rude and not happy selling the jewellery. Stuff such as cars, houses and jewellery both the seller and buyer should be happy so that it’s a positive experience and positive energy to the object. With them they get really annoyed if you ask them to show pieces or ask them too many questions. We often buy gold jewelry as ornaments and gifts from various shops and honestly this is one of the worse services my family has gotten, the staff needs a lot of training of how to deal with customers and be able to handle the situation under stress.

Went with my friend. 5 star reviews for your product quality and pricing. But todays CUSTOMER SERVICE Please, we weren’t your one time customer. Whenever casual person buys gold from you its special day for him/her. Please keep this in mind. You are not selling gold but happiness in someones world. Somewhere you added sourness in someone’s good time. Your staff behaviour next level attitude if a customer queries alot. I might think twice for your shop for buying gold or recommendation because of your staff attitude and pitch. I am sure my review wont do you any harm. Excellent modern and antique jewellery selection at very reasonable prices. Quality and service are very good.

Purchased a bracelet from here 2 months ago and went back to have it resized today and was met with the most unprofessional and unkind service. We were told at the point of purchase that we could bring back the bracelet to have it resized free of charge, but today they insisted that we would have to pay even though their own employees said otherwise. This is unacceptable and they wasted our time trying to figure out how to resize it. We will not be returning to this place, we went to Lake Wale Jewellers, and they resized it for us FREE of charge within 10 mins even though it was purchased else where.

Not satisfied with service, make a ring with joint then I return 2nd time make again with joint and they provide me less amount of gold in my ring. Very disappointed, I recommend plz visit in different stores in market then decide to go, I have very bad experience to choose ACC jewellers.

Very Rude. The guy who works there is really rude. They don’t care about their customers. Waste of time to go there. Their prices are really higher. I would suggest to compare with other jewelers first then buy something from them. Customer service is really bad
