Super Coin Laundry

This place is fair. Some machines are definitely old as many times I've seen people loos money and the employee has so come in with a steak knife to push the money down. In terms if customer service it varies as I've had some good interactions and some that do need work on. My last visit I requires assistance with a machine that failed to start. I sought help and waited over 5 minutes at the front while the employee finished with her phone call before she helped me with the machine.

It is good place to done the laundry in a efficient way. No washroom available for public..

While doing a laundry she said your jacket stuff is little stuck in the machine but that's not true when i closed the door everything is inside and she said water is coming out from the washer. She stopped the machine without our permission when i went there to check our clothes she came and said you have to pay 7 dollars again because of ur fault . Seriously, girl even u guys have our money already in the washer just give our money back so we can put it again and let it run again but she wants me to put again 7 dollars. Its not about money but its about the fact the didn't mention this in their laundry. If this is scenario you guys should posted this in your laundry. Worst experience because the way she said its because of your falut.

Super coin laundry is best.very friendly and knowledgeable staff.washer and dryer’s machines are up to date .i visit there twice a week since last two years and never had any problems

Machines are old and the place could use a thorough cleaning. But every time I've gone in the lady at the front desk is nice but she's always on her phone they're quick to take your money but slow to offer you service.I miss the other girl that used to work there she was always hopeful courteous love my daughter and most of all she did her job. Bathroom is nasty and the dryers are always down or slow drying at times. It works in a pinch and let me tell you when I'm up here trying to get laundry done it's a pinch.

Very friendly, clean, nice establishment and very handy close to transit and various places. I observed the lady actually wiping everything down. She was helpful and very polite. I do recommend this place

Went there for the first time today. VERY clean and pleasant inside I didn't try out the wifi, but I did notice a few empty wall sockets for my laptop so I could work while I cleaned. Machines were very fast, and it was not too busy so I didn't have to wait for any machines. Attendant was helpful and was doing a great job of keeping the floor free of any debris. Also have a punch card where I can get a free wash after every 14 loads I do. Its not much, but every little bit counts and its a nice touch.

This is a local Newton family friendly,convenient laundromat alway steady flow of patrons snack machine &restaurants allover snack while u wait parking on the side of building plenty lots of machines all sizes fair prices and you'll usually runinto one or a few of your newborn,Allendale worthwile friendly.

WORST SERVICE EVER!! Brought them a brand new white dress to get the kinks out and get it steamed they ruined it with brown stains! On top of that, the lady i dealt with lied and said it came with stains and didnt have a brand new tag on it. The boss basically yelled at me and wouldnt compensate for wasting my time and ruining my dress. Ladies do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here. They have zero customer service and clearly can’t dry clean.

I have used too big washer and I have put extra coin for rain and I was selected hot water but when I was check it that time hot water is not coming so make sour you guys check which water you select and wash your Clothes I am not satisfied the service. Thanks
