Super 8 Wisconsin Dells

It's located about a mile from downtown Wisconsin Dell's. It's close to shopping, restaurants and so many attractions. The hotel is in need of updating. But its still comfortable and clean. I was a bit disappointed that we didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. Not enough to change rooms, though. The complimentary breakfast was typical of the different hotel chains. (Sweet rolls, fruit, yogurt, make your own waffles, cereal, coffee, milk, juice) Check-in and check-out went smooth. We would definitely stay there again.

There was mold in the bathroom. The chairs in the room where is stained so bad I was scared to sit in them. The picture quality of the TV it was absolutely horrible. I get a better picture at my home with an antenna. The poor area was disgusting. Hairballs laying all over the floor. Paint chipping on the pool bottom and on the bottom of the hot tub. The guy at the front desk was not friendly at all. Very rude and always on his cell phone playing games. Yeah ask him a question and he acts like it's going to kill him to answer and he would never look up from a cell phone to make eye contact with you. The carpet and the hallways and stairs away we're so dirty the carpet was black. The air conditioner was leaking water the entire table and floor were soaked from the air conditioner leaking. The pillows were so flat it was like laying on a piece of paper. The windowsill was covered with dead bugs. The sink in tub drained very slowly. The towels were extremely worn and fraying-at-the-edges. When you asked for more towels the guy at the front desk not looking at the guy at the front desk careful not to look up from his phone would hand you off small little pool towel. But other than that the state it was wonderful.

Location was good for going out to eat. The room was clean but cosumer service was not good we arrived and the person was playing a game on that I phone and would not look at us unroll a have them out credit card. But other than that the pool and got fun were clean and I think they should have a heater in the pool so the date is not so cold.

Staff was nice but very rude at the same time. They were literally doing construction on the second floor room right above us and just throwing it out the window below us. Rooms look nothing like the picture. The rooms are very dark and smelt horrible. Wet dog and musty also felt damp. You cannot open the windows we tried. Every time we left and came back we wanted to puke. Walls were cover in filth brown stuff everywhere. Shower curtain was falling apart and there were old towels with hair on them still in the shower. We had two beds and one was broke in The middle. The pool area was the nicest but the floor was so wet you would be afraid you would fall. Super 8 are usually wonderful especially with our dog, but when we go to the Dell's we will spend the extra 20 to 50$$ on something nicer. We were so disappointed i didnt even sleep the second night. Left around 6 in the morning and just cut or weekend getaway short.

The room was not very comfortable and was either freezing or too hot. The beds were lacking in decent pillows and proper covers for fall. It was clean just falls short with surrounding competition.
