This was a wonderful Super 8! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. Good choices for a basic breakfast. Best experience for an economy motel in a long time.

I wasn't able to actually stay in the motel due to the fact that they had absolutely no rooms available on that particular night. But the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and very helpful. She pointed me in the direction of another motel with rooms available and even offered to call them for me to reserve a room.

Good stay. Friendly helpful staff, good room, reasonable prices. No shadded parking what so ever, so the car bakes pretty good. Nice little town as well.

Thank You Super 8. This Staff Is Very Kind And Helpful. I live here in The Dalles on W. 13th street and had no electric for two days due to tree falling work being done. It was a very Hot summer week and my health issues are such where i needed to find a room for those two days. I first went to The Dalles Inn they said my room would be $138.00 plus tax i said ok and gave them my credit card when they looked at my ID they told me i live local so they would not sell me a room. when i tried to explain about my health issues and no electricity in my home for two days they were shaking their heads No looking down their nose at me befor i could finish. When i noticed the way they were responding i stopped speaking in the middle of my sentence because they were making it very clear it was a burden for them to have me there even in their lobby. I went to Super 8 Explained what had happened to me at The Dalles Inn and they were appalled at the behaivior of them. They got me a room at a fraction of the cost from the other hotel that was located in the Old downtown near nothing. Super 8 was right next to Fred Meyer Walgreens and 6 great restaurants with no driving needed. The room i was given couldnt have been cleaner and the staff more kind and helpful. Thank You Super 8

Location was convenient for food and snacks. Room was comfortable, though simple. Air conditioner worked well. Service was good. I was able to check in a little early and arrange late check out. Front desk gal was helpful.
