Super 8 Scottsbluff

Super 8 in Scottsbluff is not a place I would stay in again. The staff was nice enough; in fact they called me to let me know I had left something behind. However, The room was not clean. 4 days after staying in this motel I found BED BUG BITES on my legs, arm, face ! Two weeks later I am dealing with these bites! The room was dirty. I found a "thing" on the clock that was scab or a booger. And a plastic water glass that wasn't mine. The curtains I pulled closed were filthy! Why did I stay? It was 9:00p.m. and I had driven 9 hours and was exhausted! Shame on you Super 8....and I paid $112.00 for that room!

Found a cat by the hotel and decided to take it out of the cold. When the Dr appt police department wouldn't take it that night we kept it till the morning before find it a new home. The front desk was extremely rude to start off with and ended up charging us a few for the animal. I guess this hotel would rather promote animal abuse to make money than be a decent human beings. Would never reccomend.

Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk was very argumentative and wouldn’t get up out of her chair once so I had to look over the counter and down at her to speak. I’m a Wyndham rewards diamond member and I’ve never been treated with more disrespect ever. She stated several times that diamond status means nothing to her. They are ridiculously over priced for the condition of the rooms and hotel. I asked for some consideration to lower the price from $90 + tax and they called the owner and he gave me $3 off. What a joke. Only 1 person can get breakfast at a time due to the size of the room. I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone based on my experience.

It was a good place to stay. We were allowed to keep our bikes in the room for the night which we appreciates. However, the hot tub was broke and the pool was cold. It even advertised pool and spa outside, just not that only one worked. There was also what almost looked like small piece of a plant on the floor that I kept stepping on. Breakfast was minimal, but good.

Breakfast doesn't even have fresh fruits. Front desk lady was extremely rude, trying so hard to get you out even though you are just 10 minutes beyond 11:00 am.
