Days Inn in Scottsbluff is a joke! It deserves 0 stars! My husband and I were tired of driving, so I called to a couple different hotels and this one was the first to have any rooms available, so I gave the lady all my information to reserve a room. Once we got there, we went up to the front desk to check in and they did not have the reservation. I told the guy the confirmation number that the lady had gave me on the phone and he seemed like he couldn't find it. The guy had a very hard time understanding me and I had a hard time understanding him as well. I had asked multiple times why he was asking for my information again when I gave it to the lady on the phone. He replied that his sister and something like my confirmation number got canceled, so he was getting us a new room. After a HOUR standing at the front desk trying to get a room he finally printed out a registration/consent form for me to sign. ALL MY INFORMATION WAS WRONG! Plus he upgraded us to a king and the final amount due was $97.44 when he told me the room would be $79 plus tax. My husband and I were so annoyed and tired that we just dropped it and went to our room. In the back of my mind I was still concerned about the phone call earlier that I had with the lady, but was too tired and decided in the morning I would call my bank to make sure I didn't get over charged. Once we got in the room about 5 minutes later there was a knock on our door... it was the front desk guy and was wondering if everything was okay. First off it's 2:00 in the morning, so just wait til the morning and ask how our stay was rather than bothering us when all we wanted to do was sleep! The bed was not very comfortable, but room was decently clean. Wooden floor seemed sticky. In the morning we dropped our room key and left. I called my bank to check if I was over charged and luckily I did cause I was CHARGED TWICE! One for $97.44, which is what my receipt had said and then the second one for $91.65!!! I have no idea if I'm going to get a refund, but I sure will try. So if you are desperate and need to stay here check your bank accounts the next day or just do yourself a favor and ignore the whole situation and sleep in your vehicle!

I wish I could give NO stars! Saw a drug deal in the parking lot when heading to my room. There were tampons in the stairwell. Remodeling.. more like just throwing boards with exposed nails in plain sight of small children to go step on. Disaster of a place. Its painted in the brightest colors. Horrible!

Pet friendly. Rooms have laminate flooring. Carpeted areas are very dirty as well as behind furniture. Breakfast was toast or cereal.

Nothing terribly wrong but just not very good. Never anyone at the desk. Breakfast looked like the same stuff every day. I just got the feeling that everything was only half done.

Do not stay here. It's a huge waste of money. Everything smelled awful (lobby, hallways, room) and the breakfast was terrible. They need a serious update and remodel. Bathroom had lots of gross stains and the towels were like sandpaper. Beds were uncomfortable. I was afraid to touch anything. Walls are paper thin, so we were kept up all night with the noisy folks next door. Stay across the street at the Comfort Inn, it's MUCH better and they have a pool.
