The hotel is very nice! BUT THEY HAVE BED BUGS. My family & I decided to stay at this hotel because it was new and nice. The morning after we woke up, we found a bed bug crawling on a pillow. We went to the front desk and they apologized. They also explained how they have had issues with bed bugs on the bottom floor.. They were nice enough to give us our money back, but I have heard many complaints on the bed bug issues.

Stayed here 3 days so far out of 5. Very nice for the price, very clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and accommodating!

The staff go above & beyond to make your stay a good one. The rooms and lobby and Halls are very clean. Beds comfortable. Pillows are just ok. Shower floor in handicap accessible room slippery. We stay here whenever we are in Scottsbluff.
