I’ve used John for heating and plumbing service for the past 7 years. He does quality work and is reliable and dependable. Phone calls are answered or returned quickly. Appointments for service are responded to promptly. Prices are fair and reasonable. Leaving town. Wish I could take him with me.

A couple of months ago I found out my boiler was giving carbon monoxide on the higher side. I had already put around $1000 into repairs into the boiler and it was almost 25 years old. At this point I knew I wanted to replace the boiler. I saw the ratings with this company and decided to give them a try. John did not just try to sell me the highest cost furnace he gave me options with different price ranges that would work for me. He also gave me estimates less than other companies in the area. They were professional, showed up when they stated, and did an amazing job installing the boiler. I have had my new boiler in for 6 weeks now and this is the best my house has felt since I bought it 9 years ago. They have definitely earned a customer for life. If you choose them for services you will not regret it.

This man saved the day, responded on New Years day, assisted the fire dept how to drain the 5 feet of water that had filled my basement as their efforts to pump water out froze and became inoperative, returned the next day to replace sump pump. It was freezing that day. Highly recommend

I had an issue with my sump pump that had sewer water backing up in it. I called Sunset Plumbing and they came out really quick. They worked super quick, unplugged the pipe that was causing the backup and I was all set! I would HIGHLY recommend them!!! Thank you!

We had an issue with hot water control and supply. I found John on the internet. I was impressed with 26 of 26 5 star ratings. I called John and within 4 hours he came to the house, walked me through the system, showed me the design problem which was a mixer on the hot water tank. He eliminated the mixer, reset the tank, and we were back in business. John is a really nice and able guy. He is also very honest...he could have sold me a new system. So we are #27!
