Active Rooter Plumbing Drain Cleaning LLC

These guys were great! They came out at 4:30 pm to snake our sewer line. This was only about a half hour after I called. After working for about an hour to unclog the drain, they determined it was completely clogged with roots. They needed to come back the next day with their Hydro jet cleaner to cut through the roots. That being said they ended up staying an extra hour to to work through the roots and open the drain at least so we could use the restroom and water overnight. They showed up in the a.m. the next day and hydro jetted the sewer line. They also ran they're camera inside to show me everything was clear. In the end they only charged me for the hydro jet. Most companies would have charged a second trip fee at least to come out and snake the first day. Also most companies would charge for the camera. They did a great job at a fair price and I would recommend them to anyone.

They were great. Very knowledgeable straight forward. Gave worst case scenario (just in case) I personally like that. Very happy and pleased with the job they performed. I've got a plumber and they have a customer for life😁

This was our first time having this company come and they were honestly amazing! They were able to discover the problem and fix it immediately and we couldn't have been more pleased with the results! Very professional, they know their stuff, and they are certainly well priced! Thank you so much for all your help! Highly recommended!

They arrived on time, very courteous and helpful, and their work was done promptly and efficiently. The pricing was more than fair. We would recommend them and will call again when the need arises. First rate company.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent pricing and these gentleman really know their field of work. They were polite, told me exactly what was wrong and how to prevent it, and even drove out at around 8:30 PM on a Saturday so that I could have a usable bathroom! Will be calling them for all my future plumbing needs and I would recommend them to anyone over the big chains.
