Sunset Grill

Food portions were fantastic, I couldn't even finish my meal! Coffee was amazing. Our server was so sweet. She got confused and forgot she had already taken our order, but returned shortly after and apologized. We didn't even need an apology. We had just talked with her about it being chaotic since reopening. She was fantastic. Going again soon!

Our server was very polite but another girl when walked in I asked her if she can clean one of the tables because my mom liked it wanted to sit there but she very rudely told us to move to another table which was already clean but away from where we wanted to sit. Anyways lady who served us was polite food was good.Food: 4/5

Visited this outlet on the family day, it was pretty crowded at around 12 PM in the afternoon. We were promptly seated and the waitress was at the table immediately to take the order. We were feeling particularly ravenous and ordered their BLT, Grilled Chicken omelette and Canadian Omelette. The portion sizes for both the Omelettes were huge compared to Cora or Eggsmart and we couldn't finish it completely. The BLT on the other hand could have been better. Definitely revisiting to try other items on their menu.

Clean your fans and air duct...you can see the caked on dust from your seat and it's not the most sanitary in case it were to blow onto people's food. Additionally, please either turn them off, or pull the reverse switch. It wasn't pleasant being cold and eating cold bacon/eggs. The pancakes were fine though.

Place was busy. That was expected. Waited almost 40 minutes for food after ordering. My food was cold...cold eggs are horrible!!! Waitress was rude about it when mentioned to her. Been there many times before with excellent food and service but this time didn't impress me.Food: 3/5

Have come to the Lansdowne location many times and truly enjoyed it, but things have changed recently with the quality of the food unfortunately. Everything just seems very wet and greasy. My plate literally had a puddle of grease left on it. My wife, who doesn’t waste food ever, left multiple pieces of bacon and her entire home fries, to be discarded. Please look into this, even sitting in the restaurant you can feel the grease in the air…something has gone wrong. Hopefully things can be turned around because we really do like coming to this location.

The hostess was very friendly, but after that it was very disappointing. Our food was cooked incorrectly and when we sent it back they took part of our order and left the rest of the meal at the table to get cold. Second attempt was a little better but still not right so had semi hard eggs cold homefries, and sausages with crunchy pancakes. The waitresses seemed put out because we were not happy and service suffered for it. Would not recommend this location and I will not return in the future.

Food was NOT cooked. It was not busy so no excuses for rushing it out. Potatoes tasted like they hadn’t even been washed and bacon was still oinking at this point. 100% will not eat again after this being my first time

Great place to go for breakfast. No complaints. Waitress was quick to refill coffee without being asked. Food was good. And the place was clean and bright.Food: 5/5

Highly recommend this awesome restaurant. I had the sunset eggseggs benny and it was delicious! Friendly team, incredibly fast service, and amazing food. I will for sure be back.
