Sunset Florist & Greenhouse is a third generation family-owned florist that has been serving customers in the Spokane area for over 70 years. We specialize in custom, one-of-a-kind floral arrangements, gourmet gift baskets, fresh green plant baskets, and dish gardens/terrariums. Four of our designers specialize in weddings, corporate events and memorial/sympathy arrangements. I always choice Sunset first for all my floral needs.  I can count on a beautiful arrangement to be delivered on time and I know I won't be disappointed in what gets delivered.  They always send fresh flowers and greens that last.  You definitely get what you paid for with Sunset.  Also, if you aren't sure what you want, you can call and talk about it and they will help you come up with the perfect thing to send.  I am always pleased.  I have depended on Sunset for years.

Sunset Florist really came through for us at the last minute with a telephone order from across the state, same day delivery,  and great personal service.  The flowers are lovely and we're so pleased.  Thank you!

The crew at Sunset Florist was extremely creative, informative and patient during the consultation for my niece's wedding.The bouquets  were quite beautiful and the quality of the flowers fresh and wonderful. I strongly recommend Sunset Florist for any floral need.

Horrible! I've used them before with no issue. Ordered flowers on-line through their website on a Saturday. Promised delivery the following day. I read further to make sure they delivered on a Sunday. Website states delivery "24/7" the flowers were being delivered to a hospital. The flowers were never delivered as promised. I called them on Monday and was told that it was Sunday and that's why they didn't get sent. Then she told me that they didn't get the order. I told her I want to cancel the order. She told me that if I wanted my money back I would have to go through a 3rd party. "What!? She was unconcerned about my order... period! Then she said that she would check into the problem and call me back.  Tick tock....5 hours later still no call back. I called and talked to another employee with absolute no concern for the mistake. I was told...."I guess I was suppose to turn off the website on sunday and you weren't charged for the flowers anyway. ." Huh?? Are you joking? I said, "oh did you also forget to call me back?" She said, "oh sorry. I didn't know I was suppose to". Bottom line, i totally understand technical errors. I could have delt with that. However, everything after the fact felt like that 1 order didn't matter and wouldn't break the bank. Thanks for your lack of consideration on where I chose to spend my money on flowers for my mother who was in the hospital for 4 days. Go elsewhere.
