I used Special Touch Florist for my wedding and am SO HAPPY I did! Esther met with me multiple times to help me design exactly what I wanted. She made my vision come to life when I couldn’t fully explain what I wanted. This place is AMAZING. The flowers and greenery were great quality, showed up on time looking perfect and lasted all day. I highly recommend them if you want a stress free floral experience!

You will NEVER find a better caring, honest, loving and hard working florist in the world. Esther will stay up for 24 hours to make sure that your order is perfect, if not she will start over!. I live in Seattle and honestly have only found one place that can provide the special care, attention to detail and customer services as Esther. I also had the pleasure of working many years with Esther. The amount of regular , awesome and returning customers only shows how much of a true blessing Esther is. Esther is not just a flower designer but her heart is PURE GOLD with Diamonds encrusted. I have loved this woman for over 20 years and will always continue to.

There was a technical glitch with my online order, which resulted in a refund to my card. I was worried that I wouldn't have the money to get my fiance flowers for Valentine's day while I waited for the refund to hit the account. Esther was very understanding in working with me, and long story short, my fiance got some beautiful flowers today. I was very impressed with her desire to put her customers first. I will definitely be ordering over the phone from now on, but I am very glad that I ordered from special touch.

Esther made our daughter's wedding wonderful! From the ceremony at St. Al's to the reception at Chateau Rive', the flowers were absolutely beautiful! She was on scene early and assisted professionally from start to finish and beyond. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!
