Edible Arrangements

The products are cute but they are way too outrageously priced!! It's fruit and chocolate, not gold and diamonds! And for as much as they charge, it's ridiculous that you can't get a morning delivery!! I ended up canceling my order cuz I couldn't afford it. I was even gonna take it myself to avoid delivery fee but I still couldn't afford it!! Their prices have just skyrocketed over the past ten years. I remember ten or fifteen years ago being able to order for special occasions or for special people on no occasion. The prices were high but very well worth it. Now the prices are astronomical and no longer even remotely worth it...products are a fraction of the sizes that they ought to be, the fruit only stays good a couple days, extremely limited product choices (coffee cup,vase,etc) delivery times are too narrow, etc.

My mother in law was very nice and hosted my family and me at her House for a couple days. We decided that as a thank you we sender a strawberry chocolate bouquet From edible arrangement . My mother in law posted on Facebook what she got. I was so embarrassed because her arrangement looked nothing like what I had ordered. It looked like a 5 year old put it together. I was very disappointed with this finished product and will never again order one. For the price you pay, I was expecting out to look good, not like it was made by a child.

Tried placing an order online this morning and I wasn't having luck with my discount code so I called the store and I was told it hadn't worked online because I was off by 1 cent. They gave me the 20% off anyway. I ordered a fruit arrangement and a balloon for my niece that was getting surgery at Shriners hospital. The lady I spoke to was so nice and helpful. A couple hours later she received her arrangement but no balloon. I called to follow up because I live a state away so I couldn't drive in. I called customer service and they were very apologetic they refunded my money for the balloon and delivered one anyway with some chocolate covered strawberries. I was very pleased especially because I live hours away and everything worked out in the end. I definitely recommend them!

Extremely un professional. Was going to place a couple hundred dollar order but the number doesn’t work called number online and nobody knows anything I guess. Or how to contact the store. I thought this was a legit place.
