The instructor team in ILKB Royal Oak is amazing. They're all high energy, entertaining as hell, and maintain a very enthusiastic local community that's judgment free. They keep me so motivated I've been going 5x a week and I'm never bored despite going so frequently!
I just started coming here and I absolutely love it! The atmosphere is so positive and upbeat. The workout is great and works all parts of your body. The instructors are very friendly and always willing to help! Amazing place all in all. Looking forward to continuing my fitness journey here.
