I’ve been coming here recently for my cat and new puppy. Each time we are paired with Dr Duncan, he is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are also affordable which is a bonus. Usually I can get an appointment within 1-2 days of calling. I recommend this place to anyone for your animal needs.
I wish I could give this vet clinic less than one star. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS CLINIC! We followed their advice, and my pet almost died because of it. Their exact words were "Don't worry he doesn't need it". Well, we sure did have to worry and he definitely did need it. We had to rush our pet to a vet who actually knows what they are doing. They agreed this clinic was at fault, and so did the numerous other clinics we contacted. No one could believe they sent us home, it really showed how little they care and how little they know. After paying even more money to fix their mistake, we went to speak to them about what happened so they could avoid the same situation in the future. The staff could have cared less. They were arrogant, rude, defensive and showed zero compassion for the traumatic experience they put our pet and us through. We told them our pet lost so much blood he almost died and his words were "Oh well there is nothing I can do, it's your fault". They will hack your poor animals up, make you pay prices way above other clinics, and kick you out the door without any care in the world about what happens to the pet afterward. AGAIN, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS CLINIC!! Yes, they were good in the past but I promise you, you will regret it if you take your pets there now. In my experience, they are only in this business for the money. I hope this post will at least save one pet and a family from the same horrific experience we had. If you check their past reviews, you will notice they never take responsibility for their actions, and always have an excuse. You can tell just how heartless they are by how they respond. Save your pet from unnecessary pain and suffering and avoid this clinic! They will just blame you for their mistake and carry on hurting other animals.
We’ve been going here for about 15 years. I may have posted about it before. Professional, kind, courteous, and thorough. My pets always like their visits.
They neutered and tattooed my little kitten, Scoop for 8am. Drop off was easy. They updated me as soon as he woke up from surgery. Assured me he was fine and I could pick him up by 1pm. Earliest pick up ever in my history. I was eager to see him, so I arrived at 1pm. He was alert and seemed fine. They gave him a reversal agent for the anesthetic, and it was amazing stuff. He was a happy little kitten, youd never know he went through such a procedure only hours before. Thank you Sunridge Veterinarians and staff, you rock
Our senior cat passed away this week. We took her in to Sunridge Veterinary Clinic and the staff was absolutely amazing. She was in my arms and the staff immediately took us into a room. They were so kind and very compassionate. They have looked after both our cats for a few years now and have always been really good to deal with.
I won’t take my animals , or family’s pets anywhere else. I have had multiple good experiences here with the Vets & their caring staff.
I have been bringing all 3 of my fur babies 1 dog and 2 cats to this vet for years now. The staff are always very helpful, knowledgable, kind and understanding. They never pressure me to do any unnecessary medical procedures like other vets have prior. The doctors do a wonderful job of taking care of my babies whether it's routine check-up or surgery. Thank you for everything you do!
My usual vet was out of our syringes, so I popped in here. Apparently they don't normally sell insulin syringes what do you do with diabetic patients then??, and it took him forever to scrounge up 2 bags of 10 syringes, then he didn't have a price, so I told him, "I usually get a box of 100 from my clinic for about $24 if that helps", and he got a little snarky and says, "Not really". A few minutes after he's poked around on his computer he proceeds to go, "Okay, we'll just go with that." and pulls out a calculator I'm terrible with math, but even I can divide by 100. Then he kept mumbling about how their system isn't working because of renovations?? Renovations should affect how your computer system works. If you don't know how to do something, ask for help. Needless to say, I have no confidence in this place and am very grateful I didn't bring my cat here.
Great vet who cares about you and your pets. The front desk staff are helpful and kind as well.
