The staff there is the best,we have been using their services for over ten years. Our Boxers would pull use through the door to get inside. The care they gave them was unmatched by other clinics.
Even during Covid they were there to help us with getting our new dog chipped. We almost lost him because he took off out the front door and ran. Thank goodness he likes treats...lol We had him in the very next afternoon and now we don't have to worry...as much
Have used this place in the past for previous pets, was always happy with the staff and service. Back recently for a new puppy after many years. The staff are still amazing, friendly and compassionate.
The front of house staff are so friendly and caring, and the vets are great. They've always been very open with options and transparent with pricing, and I've had both vets call me to discuss treatment further about things. I appreciate that I've never felt rushed during an appointment here, the facility is clean and tidy!
Saw Dr Galliger yesterday with a new trainee Emily I believe her name was. Been going here for years and 4 dogs later every time the experience is still awesome. The patience for my questions, the care and attention to my pets Is incomparable. Thanks again Dirk.
