good salesmanship but when they can't deliver what they promise they wash their hands, convinced us to receive purchased glasses ship directly to our home, mentions 3 days top, parcel never arrived on promised date, blames it on DHL, when asked when will I receive they simply reply don't know that's the delivery company, basically pay and you will get them whenever the delivery company sends them to you, wanted to purchase the ones at their store but they were all scratched. If you want your glasses, don't take the ship direct option you will never know when you get your paid merchandise.
Lovely staff. Amazing selection! A bit on the pricey side BUT, If you wear them daily, take care of them, and use for many years, really worth it ;

Average, bought $300 Oakley, told me they don't give rigid cases for the model I bought. You're not going to get any real impressive bargain so shop around and you'll surely get better.
I bought 2 pairs of polarized ray ban last month at The Premium Outlet Montreal at a $40 off on the 1st pair and 30% off on the 2nd pair. I asked the sales person at the store about the exchange policy, and I was told that I'll be able to exchange the sunglasses at any sunglass hut stores around Canada. After I went to the Sunglass hut in the Bayshore Mall Ottawa where I live, to exchange a pair I was asked to go to Tanger Outlet as I bought the glasses at an Outlet Store. This wasted half of my day cause of the wrong info given to me during the purchase of the glasses. I contacted the store manager at the Montreal premium outlet store and she said that the employees wouldn't have given such an info on the exchange policy, without even enquiring her sales person about the situation.
I love to shop there , they have great service and best part is the deals can't find that anywhere.

Honestly, might be the worst place where you can buy a pair of sunglass. Save yourself a trip and your money.
