great place. master keates couldn’t be a better instructor. he’s helped me gain lots of self confidence and i’ve made some really great friends here.

I love Sun Hang Do..I love that my son and are able to take classes together, the environment is welcoming..everyone is friendly..it really has improved our confidence and our fitness and learning how to defend yourself is comforting too. Really happy it's become a part of our lives.
