Customer service definitely needs improvement. When you're calling them, their tone makes it seem like they're annoyed by your call and I have called several times so it's not like I caught someone on a bad day. This is constant. Be prepared to be be bother to comfirm your appointment. You make an appointment for a reason. We shouldn't have to confirm it AGAIN. It's a waste of the patient's time. This location receives a lot of Spanish-speakers and when you tell them an individual needs someone who speaks Spanish they aren't taken cared by a Spanish speaking dental assistant. Someone just can't summarize what happened they need to know exactly what was said when it was said. There is a reason why you check the preferred language on the paperwork, so follow that paperwork. Again, customer service needs a lot of work. Update 9/7/17 Can't ever find you if you have more than one last name. If medical clinics can do it, there should be no issue. Under insurance it would all have to match so I can imagine how much more of a nightmare this would turn out to be. Horrible phone staff.

I made a 5:00 pm cleaning appointment a month prior. Arrived and found the shop closed 3 hours early. I received no notification, and when I called the Dodge location to ask about this, the receptionist said I was not the first to call about this problem. The last time I came to this location, 6 months ago, I was given anesthetic for a cavity filling, then my dentist left for an entire hour to deal with other patients. By the point, the shot had almost warn off completely. Overall, this office has been a great disappointment.
