Dr. Bradley Smith and his Dental Assistant have been very good to me. I appreciate how gentle, and friendly they both are. You know I've been to different dentists and for some reason, I felt more comfortable with Dr. Bradley and his assistant than any other dentist in Omaha. And wow they did a perfect job. They deserve an award, they honestly do.

Wife goes there and loves most of the staff 
. Only one staff member bothers me. She keeps asking my wife for money. Kinda sad.

I was worried after reading reviews but my experience was very pleasant.  Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and nurse practitioner made my transition from previous Dr to CDHC smooth.  I like that they have everything I need under one roof.

Fingers crossed that my future visits will be the same.

Receptionist on the Dental floor is so rude. I had to say excuse me for her to actually respond before that I tried talking to her while standing right at the counter as she was getting my appointment. The dental assistants are horrible there. They act like we should be lucky they are there. Horrible, horrible customer service. Get better staff Charles Drew & make sure to do evaluations on them. I cancelled my appointments.  I'm not going back to this clinic.
