I got what I needed in a reasonable amount of time. The guard is friendly ,and is there because of the 'Current Political Climate'. The woman at the front desk is friendly and so is the other woman in the office. (FYI both are White Women. If you read the other review you will know why I wrote that.) Use this office if you are in the Akron, Ohio area. Don't fall for someone's "Personal Politics".

If you're white do not go here. The Medina office​ is where you want to go. Also the Medina office doesn't have armed guards. Not sure why the armed guards are needed other than the fact the make so many people mad. The man who checks you in is a total jerk, he's rude and acts like he's doing you a favor by doing his job.
