They said they will send foodstamp and still haven’t got it been already 3 month. I have been there more than 3 time and call more than 10 they keep saying that the foodstamp card will deliver shortly and haven’t received it

Just stopped food stamps, no letter saying why. Called for weeks before computer hung up on me, saying Too Busy to Take Calls. WHAT?? Finally said they GOT paper I mailed them, but it wasn't sign. Again WHAT?? Was 1 page, I know I signed but ok. Got TODAY to go sign it or My Child & I  COMPLETELY TERMINATED from everything - with NO NOTICE!! On Disability with special needs son

Absolutely horrible service. I've called and called with no call backs from the supervisor after being told numerous times it'll be a 48 hour call back. Then advised I need to send my marriage certificate in that's been in the system since 2014. Wouldn't let me say more then two words without being cut off. She then started laughing. I don't believe anyone is in a laughing matter when they are trying to get assistance for their families. This country is by far the worst that I've seen.

Tried to get a  job as a case worker applied but never heard anything back so I won’t apply again it’s fine I found somewhere else

terrible. waited over a month for ebt benefits  and another 2 weeks for my card to come just for them to tell me it was never proccessed
