From the minute you walk into Summit GM, everything is . Karl is an amazing salesman. He's super friendly, honest & goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Joseph is another salesman we dealt with in Karl's absence, and he was absolutely incredible to deal with as well. Kim in Finance was fantastic, she made the entire process painless. Even Dwight, who helped me navigate the many features of my vehicle, was incredibly helpful. I'm beyond happy with my purchase and would recommend Summit GM to anyone.

Gilbert was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with in my 20 years of buying vehicles.  What makes him so great is his professionalism and remarkable people skills. He really makes you feel confident in your purchase.  Another great thing about him is that he periodically checks in with clients after leaving the dealership to ensure everything is going smooth with their vehicle.  I totally rate him 5 star and would be more of there was an option. Great guy and great salesman!!

We had a fantastic experience with Summit GM! Gilbert was our agent, and he was very professional, knowledgeable and great to deal with. Gilbert helped us through the smooth process of picking the perfect vehicle for our family. Showed us all the vehicles we picked and helped us compare them to each other, told us the Pros & Cons of the vehicles we were picking until we see the perfect one that checks all the boxes we were looking for within our price range. Gilbert also helped us find the perfect monthly payment plan that would work for our budget! He was also very helpful with any questions that we have about the vehicle, and if he weren't too sure about the answer, he would definitely find the answers from the people that could deliver the answer. Heather is very knowledgeable and helped me with my purchase of my truck, she is an amazing saleswoman. She has gone out of her way for me and is always there to answer any questions I have. Courtney was such an amazing Sales person! She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Even when the vehicle was being seen by a different department at GM, Courtney would reach out, give us updates and check in on the vehicle for us. Her customer service didn’t stop after the sale was complete, she continues to check in to make sure we are still loving our vehicle. I recently purchased a new 2022 trailblazer, and my experience with Kennedy, Kim and Dennis was more than stellar. They all worked closely with me on the ordering process, updates on the shipping, credit checks, financing and finally walking me through my new vehicles features when it showed up.  100% recomend asking for them if youre shopping for a vehicle at summit GM

I am from out of town so financing a vehicle was definitely harder than doing it closer to home! But I highly recommend anyone that chooses this dealership to deal with Heather from this dealership in Fort Mac. Heather was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for me to make the drive to pick up my new vehicle. Got surprised with a Yukon, sold to us by Kennedy, great service all around. She even fixed some interior things for us almost a year later. Highly recommend Summit and Kennedy 5
