In and out in 20 minutes! Changed out my blown tire on a Saturday morning with no problems! Large selection of tires luckily. Good service and quick.

I have spent quite a bit of time in the store, in the last couple of days and I just wanted to say everyone was completely awesome to deal with :) The staff take quite a bit of abuse that from what I saw wasn’t warranted. They never lost their cool, always handled the situation professionally and did what was in their power to try to make things better. I appreciate all of the help I received and the great service. Extra shout out to Garret. Probably wrong spelling for his name... lol! Sorry! My family is always treated very well here :)

Always friendly. For as busy as they are they try their best to be as quick an efficient as they can be. They have always surpassed my expectations. I’ve been going to them for years and I’ve never had a reason to go else where.

Absolutely outstanding, and genuine customer service!! The low pressure signal had flashed up on my vehicle for the past week. I put air in all 4 but noticed the rear passenger wasn't retaining it. I drove up yesterday at around 4:30pm they took my truck straight in. I had a bead leak on the rear passenger side and they not only repaired that but they put sealant on all 4 to prevent me from having to come back ALL with NO charge just over an hour, whereas most dealers you'd be leaving it overnight & would leave a hole in your wallet. All you have to do is buy their hard wearing, excellent quality tires and any repair job that occurs along the way, the technicians perform generally for free! 12 years I've been coming here and the guys at this location never ever fail to disappoint!! Always very accommodating, professional and not condescending towards women which is so refreshing. Thanks again for taking care of me and my vehicle I'll always recommend Kal Tire to anyone and be a returning customer! : ) Keep up the great work! Ruth

Excellent customer service while my tire was being shipped up they installed a take off tire at no charge so I didn’t have to run on a 18 inch spare.super friedly and fat service.
