Worst experience ever! Came for eyebrow wax and the lady did not know what she was doing. My eyebrows looked better coming in then going out. She seemed scared to use wax and I still had hairs going every which a way! I couldn't see what she did!! All I asked was for her to shape them! I also had to wait about 20 mins because she was confused about her appts. I would not recommend this place for eyebrows wax! #Sorry

Looks are deceiving from the outside. When you walk in it is very trendy the atmosphere is warm, welcoming and current. Echo is the receptionist and she is phenomenal! My experience there start to finish was outstanding! The facility is clean and the employees are not only outstanding at what they do, they are also kind, knowledgeable and fun! I highly recommend this place!!!!

Jacklyn is the absolute best hair dresser ever of all the people who have done my hair EVER!! She is also a fun and sweet woman. Ellen is in my opinion the only one to get any kind of massage or facial. She is very good at what she does and seems to really like what she does. I never let anyone else do anything for me.

Me and my daughter just got our nails done and not very happy with the rushed service of not 1 but both of the actual nail tech's! I'm sorry if the staff over books or late books a tech, I still expect excellent quality service, especially with the price I was charged for the rushed and quite frankly crappy job we were both were given! Would NEVER go there AGAIN!
