Every time I try to schedule a massage, no one is available. Their hours of operation are from 8am-8pm today, but when I called at 6:30pm, Karen said that they were closing because "everyone is done". She was rude and didn't even offer to schedule me for a different day. This was my LAST attempt to visit this place.

I am new to the neighborhood and just took a chance on Escape Salon & Spa. I had a cut and color done. I have thinning hair and am very particular. I have had my share of bad experiences over the years with other hair salons. I am extremely pleased with the results I got today. Keith and his assistant, colored and cut my hair. I was 100% pleased and happy to say I found a salon that does excellent work near our new residence. Thanks to Keith and Theresa, great job!
