I booked a massage for my wife for her birthday from our kids. When scheduling the appointment, I told the receptionist it was a surprise for my wife and paid in full over the phone. Later in the day my wife was contacted with conformation of the appointment. When I called back to express my disappointment, the receptionist shrugged it off, said sorry that's how our system works and left it at that. I mentioned again how it was a suppose to be a surprise from the kids and it would have been nice to be warned at the time of booking that a conformation would be sent out. She reiterated "that's just how it works." I won't book again based on the lack of concern from the staff.

I had a facial and pedicure with Tina. She gave me the best facial ever! Highly recommend her! My feet also felt great after my pedi!!
