That's why I know the taste The service needs to be a bit better and efficient, but still I understand that you recently opened this restaurant 7days ago... Great price point for the quality and quantity of the food. Overall this is one of the best experiences I have had in a restaurant here in Mississauga... They treat you like family, you really get one on one treatment... I would 100% recommended this place to any of my friends and family.... Came here with my family today. We arrived when they were first opening up. First thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the place. The hostess and the waiters were also very kind and welcoming. We ordered a few appetizers, some mains, and then some tea and dessert. Everything was absolutely amazing. Our server and the manager Noori was amazing and took very good care of us. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend coming here.
I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel right at home, welcoming me with warm smiles and an inviting atmosphere. One of the things that really stood out to me was the spacious seating. As someone who appreciates a comfortable dining experience, I was pleased to see that the restaurant had plenty of room for guests to move around and not feel cramped or crowded. Now onto the food itself - it was delicious! From the tender and juicy kebabs to the aromatic rice, Overall, I would highly recommend this Turkish restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. L
Food quality is very good. Fast service even though restaurant was busy. Like the ambience. Mixed grill was the best. Beef was little dry and no much flavour. Love the hot chilli true Turkish flavour. Looking forward to visit again to try more dishes. In the end they offered us complimentary Turkish tea. Excellent customer service and recommendations.
We came here just to check out the place and we were very impressed upon entering at the cleanliness, open space and the beautiful decor. The staff is exceptional and super friendly. We were served by Nouri and he was very good at explaining all the things we asked about the menu We have posted pictures of what we ordered and we would rate all of them 5 stars because it was truly delicious and the portions sizes were great. A new gem in Mississauga and one that my husband and I will return with the rest of our family members. Thank you for the great service and delicious Turkish food.
It was our first time at this restaurant, and first impressions, it's a nice place with good menu items to choose from and amazing service by their staff. A very friendly environment with lovely host and servers trying to accomodate their client's requests with fast service. We'd ordered mix platters, Chicken wings and a mix/ shareable appetizer plate with drinks. The food was served fast & hot with freshly prepared bread. However I had a coulple of inputs and passed those on to the owner Sultan Ahmet himself, who was kind enough to go to client's table one-by-one and took reviews on their service, food quality, portion size and any other comments, which was a good gesture. We would recommend this restaurant.
Definitely recommend giving this place a try based on how nice and friendly the staff were! A few took time to come talk to us and introduce themselves, and they offered us free dessert and tea! The food was also really delicious and true to the authentic Turkish cuisine I got the Ali Nazik, which was pretty good The desert also slaps, so make sure to order the caramelized milk pudding or even the milk baklava 10/10 recommend
One of the best Turkish food we tried so far in Mississauga area. Will definitely going back again. The service was great. Very attentive and friendly. Food was fabulous, delicious!! Great flavours. Want to go back and try other dishes. Friendly service and attentive staff. Recommended A+. Glad to see an authentic Turkish restaurant run by a Turkish Chef! Cannot wait to go back!
They don’t accept reservations but you can go on the waitlist online. The hostess at the reception is amazing! Calm, attentive and cheerful. Took us about 20 min to get a table but the wait was absolutely worth it! Cheerful atmosphere and if you are lucky you get to see the way they celebrate birthdays. The service was slow but the food is amazing! My favorite was Ali Nazik. Freshly baked bread is something that I always look forward to. They also have a great selection of Turkish desserts. The waiters were all friendly and attentive. They have setup a donation box to collect money to help victims of earthquake in Turkey. That touched a soft spot! We will definitely be back
Amazing food! Perfect quantity! It's slightly expensive but it's definitely worth it because the atmosphere is great along with friendly servers! Our waiter, Garv was also very generous. He gave us complimentary tea and desert! Definitely worth visiting!
