Sult Pierogi Bar

Absolutely delicious. I've been here on multiple occasions and everytime it's a perfect experience. Friendly and accommodating staff, delicious drinks, and incredible food! They rotate their specials and most of them are to die for. 10/10 recommend!

Delicious pierogis as well with other comfort food. My favourite is The Swindler with smoked bacon & maple roasted butternut squash, caramelized onion, whipped potato, rosemary & winter spiced breadcrumb. Delicious! The Final Meltdown Burger with two 4oz prime rib, chuck and brisket patties, two squeak pierogies, raclette cheese melt, cheddar cheese crisp, Sweet & Smoky BBQ sauce, herb and garlic aioli, pickled onion relish, fresh tomato, arugula, Portofino brioche bun. Impressive!

These pierogies are INSANELY good. They're fried to perfection and have so many different and tasty fillings. So much selection - including for vegetarian!! make sure you mention your vege to avoid it being fried in bacon fat This is my new favourite restaurant. Yum!!! Sult Caesar and Nah Bro

A vegan dream! Many different options: vegan pierogies, poutine with vegan cheese, and interesting creative dishes. All tasted amazing! Lots of drink options too, including a vegan Cesar. We had the Beyond Brat Sausage, the vegan vision with pierogies, and vegan poutine.

It doesn't hurt that I love pierogi's but these were incredible. And, they had a nice selection of draft beers to wash it down. The service was fast and friendly so no complaints. :D.Food: 5/5

I loved how unique the menu was!!! We tried every single perogie, tried two sausage, and a poutine. The sausages were excellent!! Half the perogies we tried was good. The sauces were incredible. The Mac and cheese chip poutine... was too hard.. teeth breaking...but once it soaked up the gravy it was better.Food: 4/5

Great poutine we got the Basic Bee - loved it!. Had the pierogi sampler and loved trying the different flavors. Fun classic bar ambience.

How did I not know about Sult? I decided to try it walking by last week … I love pierogis and was expecting like an old Ukrainian grandma making traditional pierogies … I was wrong … in a good way. This place is cool … great tunes … casual but awesome staff …, amazing atmosphere … perfect bar to sit at and have a cocktail and dinner. This is my 3rd visit in a week and it keeps getting better. Well done Sult!

First time at this restaurant - the perogies were delicious as well as the Sulty meatballs - the beet & kale salad was ok as the beets were a tad on the hard side. Definitely enjoyed the drinks! Will be coming back to try other items - good value for the money.

Creative genius! Taking Slavic soul food to a whole new level—I can’t get enough of it and I’ll have to come back again to get all the stuff I missed on this trip! We had the sampler platter, the borsch, the pierogi poutine, and some of the other poutine with fries. All highly recommended. The pierog that came with the Caesar drink apparently a Canadian Bloody Mary was seasoned to perfection with old bay and really made that drink even better!! All in all a wonderful gem for any foodie visiting Victoria.
