Absolutely love this place! The shaved ice is so delicious and it’s such an amazing hidden gem. The choice of flavours are a variety to choose from and super interesting combinations that you wouldn’t think would go together. Do keep in mind this place can get super busy. The other thing too is if you’re going by yourself, please be sure to go on an empty stomach or share a shaved ice with someone because it is a large portion and quite filling.

Generous servings, delicious desserts but a bit in the pricy side. We ordered Macha chocolate waffle and Mango shaved ice and they are great! Nice place for hangout too.

I mean, look at these pics. We got the strawberry and brownie. They were delicious. I love how the shaved ice is substantial yet also light and not too sweet which compliments the toppings perfectly. A refreshing and delicious dessert/snack.

Cute place to hang out when you want some refreshing desserts. Very tasty Also when you ask for Togo they will pack it in a thermal bag so the shaved ice was still good after a 30mins drive .

Love the dessert served here, but it ain’t cheap. This large strawberry shaved ice milk bowl cost $20, but they don’t stinge on the toppings. Place is clean and there’s ample parking.

The employee who took our order made a lot of mistakes and confused our orders. She didn't offer anything to make it right, and didn't even apologize. In the end, we're the ones who compromised and reordered to make it right. Good food and ambiance. Location and parking are very busy.

Whenever we decide what to choose for dessert, Sulbing is always the top choice. The price is pretty okay for us because we would get one then share, the portion is enough for the 4 of us. The “Strawberry Yogurt Bingsu” is the best one for us, we never get bored with this. Sour and sweet.

I ordered the injeolmi bingsu which was slightly over $16 after tax. I really wanted to like this place as it’s close by from where I am, but it was sadly disappointing with very hard injeolmi and a slightly sour milk taste. If I ever return, I’d go for a different flavour… There’s a good amount of seating area and customer service was not as rude as other reviews seem to suggest.

Popular local spot for some classic bingsoo! Note they stopped selling cup sizes and only sell one size now. I always recommend people get the injeolmi if they havent tried it before!!

Bingsoo is pretty tasty, big portions so make sure you bring a friend to share with! Good place to sit and chat for a bit after dinner. A bit expensive ~$20 for 1 dessert. Conveniently located near Lougheed Skytrain with free plaza parking.
