Asked for a hot chocolate, got a boiling chocolate. The food is overpriced and the cashier is rude. The place looks awful, by the way.

Terrible service. Horrible food. Coffee is terrible. This location can be very good but its run with a terrible business here. Honestly just plan in advance before coming to the ottawa train station. Your wallet and stomach will thank you.

If you are gluten free there isn't anything to eat. Best to plan ahead.

I am gluten free person, and I loved how the manager him self made me a lettuce sanwich was done very well and tasty , I will be in Ottawa soon and definitely will enjoy my Crab sandwich with I never ataste before

Unprofessional managment

Manager very rude. Told me he was going to fire employee because he made a mistake and served something he wasn't supposed to. Food bad as well

It's basically prison food. Avoid at all costs, unless you just want a can of coke.
