Suites at Crescent Bay Resort

Over priced! $245.00 a night and we were the only people there. I told them I would be checking in late, 9:00, so not too late, but they didn't tell me they would not be there. I got there and no one was in the office. After looking around I found a note that said key is under mat! This is very unprofessional, not mention very unsafe. We were women traveling alone. We finally found the room and we got in and there was note telling us if didn't take out the trash and strip the sheets we would be charged $100.00. And they call this a resort? It has a full kitchen, but no coffee, nothing. On the website it said there was a restaurant, but it was closed in morning. The website is very misleading. I left feeling ripped off.

We stayed during the winter season and it was obvious that they did not take the same care in the rooms as they do during the peak season. Several chairs were broken, there was a pile of dead bugs, little things like toilet paper and dish soap were missing. The place has so much potential that it is a shame that easy solutions were not taken.

I really enjoyed my stay. They have the nicest accommodations in the region. Their associate is the kindest lady :-)

The place is run down, furniture is beaten up, WiFi did not work, spiders in the tub, tv had no interesting channels, couch dirty with black marks, windows dirty, etc.

This place was wonderful!.. I couldn't believe how nice the rooms were. And so incredibly quiet at night.. It was like the whole world had fallen asleep. Beautiful place and wonderful people also. Everyone was very nice. I highly recommend it!
