Come visit our 200 acre working maple farm YEAR ROUND! We have 2500 taps on a pipeline system gravity-fed to our log sugar camp. Every spring we gather crystal clear sap from our sugar maples and make maple syrup over a wood-fired evaporator fueled with mountain hardwood. Attached to our sugar camp is a log building that houses a restaurant seating 60 diners, and a maple shop.

We're OPEN year round: daily in July and August right through til Labour Day and weekends the rest of the year, as well as most holidays. Our hours change seasonally:

Whenever we're open we offer a variety of pure maple products, wholesome maple breakfast served all day, sugar camp tours, wilderness hiking trails, snowshoe rental, private parties and seasonal Chef’s Nights with some of the region's best chefs, maple-inspired dining, wine tasting and live music.
