This small restaurant was busy when we got there. The menu was substantial but didn’t have a lot of wiggle room for a vegan. The two waitresses were efficient and capable. After finally pulling together some random vegan items to make a meal out of, the waitress came out later to let me know that they had a vegan burger patty they could cook for me! I loved the attempt to help me eat vegan!

This is a very busy place. We arrived for lunch on an Sunday. We ended up sharing a table to two local elderly ladies. We had a great conversation. It was a cool, rainy day and the Chowder was perfect. Gave it four stars because of the wait and there was no warm place inside to do that.

Nice local eatery. Great for those on a budget. Not Michelin rated food but you get what you pay for and the staff are lovely. For an authentic local atmosphere pick here.

The food was ok if a bit too greasy and the chowder was average. Service was really slow though. It is a very small cafe, with about 6-8 tables. Waitress kept forgetting things on our order and we had to keep reminding her to bring things.
