Shout out to the staff very friendly and nice but not sure about their cupcakes frosting are overly sweet and bit dry. I like the granola bars though. Beware of the "cream shots" it's very misleading its nothing but a cupcake frosting on a tiny paper cups. I thought it has some liquid on it hence the word shots but no! it be nice if they throw unsweetened drink on it.
Not only was the service beyond outstanding, I got the sense the employee really loved her job. That being said, she was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She definitely was engaging and lead us to great sweets to buy for indoor and take home. As for beverage options, they are available, and if you are debating Americano vs Hot chocolate, go for the espresso drink as it freshly ground and it pairs fantastic with the cupcakes sweetness. Also, do yourself a favor and get some French Macarons, Cookies, Brownies and Bars to go as they are so good at home when watching bad tv. Lastly and Best of all, this place has easy access from the green/orange line stop Adam’s and Wabash, just make sure to enter through hotel entrance.

Sugar Bliss provided mini cupcakes for our wedding reception and I would highly recommend booking them for your next event. The weekly flavors change and give you fun options in addition to your traditional flavors. They were beautifully decorated and arrived very well packaged and looked great displayed on our dessert table. They were easy to work with over the phone and provide delivery directly to your venue!
We’ve ordered for office holiday parties and the service was outstanding. I placed the order over the phone and the staff couldn’t be nicer. The delivery was on time and easy. The cake pops, sugar cookies, and cupcakes were adorable and absolutely delicious! Happy to continue to support this woman-owned business !
Desserts here are great and I love coming here. Went last week for a cupcake and a latte. The cupcake was good. The latte was not good. The milk was not well steamed. Would also love to hear some music playing in the shop.
I live in No. California. but saw this owner on TV saving her friends purse from a dirt bag thief. This owner as all the businesses deserves safety and should not have to risk their own lives due to a increase in crime. Her bakery looks delicious and such fantastic ingredients show how much hard work and care she goes to. If you live in Chicago go to this business for me, please.

I use to love them, kind of a turn off when the owner fired me cause I was pregnant back in 2016… Their cupcakes were okay, use to go for the macaroons. Seems their products have changed since then. Hmm unfortunate
So good! I love macarons, and Sugar Bliss’ were delicious! They had so many unique flavors to choose from too.
