I like this store. I have bought items here for gifts and received items from here as gifts. Too bad they are closing. It could be due to the declining customer service. The last several times I have gone in here I have not received any kind of "hello" " can I help you find anything? " or any type of acknowledgement whatsoever.

Terrible experience and regret our purchase which has required ongoing investment of time dealing with indifferent store manager and manufacturer and money for repairs. Worth paying more at the start to deal with a reputable store. Too bad because the piece looked great in the store.

Terrible customer service. I went there to shop for a glass shelving. Two sales in the shop but no one would like to help me I was the only customer at the shop. They just ignored me. Very disappointed. NOT RECOMMENDED
