At 10:45 pm I began to order meals for 3 people. The Door Dash website is so slow it's practically dial-up speed from 25 years ago. Then every time I pushed the credit card tab it went to Paypal and froze up. After spending over 20 minutes trying to pay, and an hour overall on this absolute piece of crap website I gave up. It was now 10 minutes to closing and I tried to just phone the order in for pick-up. No answer on the phone. I'll never waste my time with either Door Dash nor Subway again. Tomorrow I'm having Mr. Sub for lunch, it just opened, but there's no way it could be worse...

Staff were polite and professional. I'm impressed by their frequent hand washing. The sandwiches are good too!

I order on line always to avoid the lines. My last visit was very disappointing, my subs where not ready when I arrived, in fact they where 10 minutes late in preparing my order. Quality of subs was rushed and not exact to my online order. BTW, my online order was placed an hour before my scheduled pick up time.

I travel often for work and usually choose Subway because it’s a healthier option than most fast‑food places. I’ve visited many locations, and unfortunately, the Kirkland Lake Subway has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had.nnThe store is noticeably not as clean as other Subways, and the staff consistently ignore simple requests. If I pay for extra cheese and bacon, I expect it to be added. If I ask for my sub toasted, I expect it to be toasted. I shouldn’t have to repeat myself multiple times just to get the one topping I’m asking for.nnThe attitude from the employees is also disappointing. I understand these locations are privately owned, but as a brand, Subway should really look into the Kirkland Lake store before it ends up being shut down by a health inspector.nnSincerely,nA very disappointed customer.
