Subway Sandwiches & Salads

A total kerfuffle.n1. I placed order online. Was given 1:10pm as a ready for pick up time. I went a little later just to give them time to prepare it. I get there at 1:20pm and it isnt even started. Wasn't even in their system. The lady who seemed quite overwhelmed as she was alone and seemed like she may still be new had to call and request it be send through to her system. She handled her phone and another guests phone with her gloves on then proceeded to continue making the sandwich she was in the midst of making . So I tell her I have a couple things to to and will come back essentially giving her a little extra time.n2. I come back at 2:00pm and the lady is in the midst of making my order very fast and sloppy I may add. She completely ignores the special instructions I asked for the sauce to be added before the lettuce so it wouldn't just smear all over the wrapper. She puts the smallest amount of toppings on, all just shoved in the centre of the bun leaving both ends basically empty, goes to put parmesan on it and literally nothing comes out if the Shaker and instead of filling it then continuing she just shrugs and puts the sub to be cut. was sharing and asked for sandwich to be cut in 3, she didnt even cut all the way through to make 2. Then squished the already terribly made sandwich in the wrapper. When I opened the sandwich it literally just fell apart. Had to be eaten with a fork and knife.nNeedless to say, I was very displeased.n1.5/ 10, DO NOT RECOMMEND

Very disappointed. The meat portions were so small that ordering double meat seems necessary just to get a normal sandwich. I paid about $10 and mostly got bread and lettuce.nnWhen I asked about it, the staff were rude and dismissive. Judging by other reviews, this is a common issue. Not worth the price and not a pleasant experience.

Always good service and good food. Staff is courteous and pleasant to deal with.

Recently bought two subs. I was bugged to buy more. The amount of topping I have to order extra meat. Owner seems really pushy. I thought the franchise provides the supplies. Why do I have to order extra just to get a normally packed sub an not a flat bread sandwich. Oh and I ordered two orders they didn't even want to give me my second order. After I already paid for it. An even did this infront of police officers. Tried to say someone picked up our order. It smy business how many separate orders I make. * update now they portion meat in store surprise there's barely anything on it

Portion of beef too little. Like minced beef instead of strips of beef as shown for the salad
