The management at this location should have this franchise pulled on them. Terrible service. Not nearly enough staff on in the morning. This is a mining town, full of contractors starting work early and needing some food. Let’s not get started on the local hotels…nThis place is like the rest of the food chains in the north, all bought out by new Canadians. Good for you, but step up your game. The service sucks industry wide. Thanks Trudeau

We usually go there and almost NEVER get what we actually asked for. This time we went and asked for 5 s'mores mcflurries and wind up with smarties. The last time we went it was really dirty and we have to clean our own table.

Absolutely poor customer service, incompetance, lack of quality and care in what they do, understaffed. Went at around 430am because tims is shut down, took 20mins overall, waited 5mins to be acknowledged at the order box, had to repeat myself and was cut off before finishing my order because he didnt want to wait for me to finish ordering, a few more mins to get to the window, watched him slowly make 4 coffees, 2 were wrong and when called out on it still insisted it was correct it wasnt, waited almost 15mins for a simple bacon and egg bagel and a hashbrown. And even after repeating twice to add light mayo, none on my bagel. And the response...go to the other tims thennnAdd more staff, people who actually have good customer service, motivated to do the job correctly and efficiently.

90% chance your order will be messed up or missing something. They take zero pride in and put minimal effort into your order. Place has gone down hill big time. Better off driving to new Liskeard or Timmins

VERY inconsistent. Sometimes you'll get half a mcflurry and sometimes you'll get a full one. Sometimes old food, sometimes fresh. It's never consistent. I can't blame the workers for it though, they get paid nothing to put up with rude customers all day. That'll burn anyone out.
