SUBWAY®Restaurants

The employees are rude! The last few times I went there, they were rude. Who walks into order and the employee said” what do you want” rudely?, like I was bothering them and there was no other customers in the building. Only 1 star because I can’t give negative stars. Customer service needs a lot of improvements before I go back.

Stopped in tonight and the guy working was really hustling, he did a great job

Only giving them one because I have to. They made me wait even after starting my order to take online orders. Waited over 25 minutes for them to tell me to wait for another order that came through while I was already ordering... I left because I wasn't going to wait an hour to get a cold sandwich. Be better subway

Good service and food, but need to clean windows and cills more often. Otherwise A+

The staff was FABULOUS! One of them searched a pile of coupons, found one that would work for us and used it to save me money! We will get subs there again for sure the next time we are in town. Wish we could move them to one of the LaCrosse Subways. where we are from
