Was very disappointed with this store once again debit machine was down went to the gas station side and the worker was rude as all get out...we stopped here with a bus of girls from basketball and even called ahead five hours so they we're ready for us....we travel thru here alot and unfortunately it's the only place to stop and eat along the way we spend alot of money in this store all year long with all our sports teams and our treated poorly 8 out if 10 times in this place 😞😞😞😞😞😞stopped here on 2/9/18

My friend wanted a cold cut sub at the Hail store and while she was making the sub we noticed that there was no ham on it. When we asked her about it she said ham did not come on that sandwhich and we pointed it out that yes it does. The employee continued to say no instead of trying to find out and we finally ordered something different but it was not very good and most importantly NOT what she wanted. When you are a paying customer and this is the sandwich you enjoy the most, it REALLY SUCKS if the staff won't take 5 min's to verify what should be on it and they make YOU LOOK & FEEL STUPID in front of everyone.

Came here for a wedding out of town and was very disappointed. The guy back there pants was hanging off his ass. You could see his underwear. His fly was down! Very unprofessional. He kept pulling up his pants with his gloves on. He was very slow, burnt the pizzas. NOT VERY PLEASED.
