Eagle Ridge Golf Course

Golf course was really nice and well maintained. Restaurant was nice and friendly but food was disappointing. Full rack of ribs were day old at least and prime rib was mediocre for the price. We waited an hour for our food. If you've ever been to Glennie, you'll know this is the best restaurant around but Chat-N-Chew is better for the money.

We stop for a quick bite and we like everything we got. My daughter really enjoy the chicken fingers. The habanero wings I got were the best I ever had. Very family friendly.

Nice course and nice club house restaurant. Pleasant people both on and off the course.

This is absolutely the best golf course in the eastern portion of Northern Michigan. Thankfully the club abides by "winter rules" where fluffing in the rough and stroke shaving are in a gentleman's best interest. Sure this place will never be featured in a Pure Michigan ad, but you didn't have to drive six hours to Traverse City either. Eagle Ridge is a club where you can really let your hair down, and where poor golf etiquette is as quickly forgotten as Tim Allen's criminal record. The cart paths named after different Indian tribes is just the kind of folksy detail I've come to associate with "up north living". Just don't forget the sunscreen or else the back nine will be a real trail of tears!
