Very busy today but the staff worked quickly to and efficiently to serve the customers. Decent Italian 5 Meat sub, my favorite remains the classic Cold Cut Combo.

It’s really cool when the only employees that’s in their vehicle and watches you sit there and wait doesn’t get out of their vehicle and watches you pull away after sitting there for a little while waiting for someone to come to the window after ringing that stupid little doorbell. Totally awesome. Is there a way to leave zero stars because that’s where we’re at. I take care of people all day long. Sometimes I get off late. I’m starving. Because I don’t get a chance to eat all day long! So I just love it whenever I finally find something I can eat. It’s ready and there and convenient only for someone to be sitting there on their break just staring. Gotta love it. It’s a wonder that place is still in business, and now I understand why I never see any cars there..

I recently visited the Bottineau Subway and had a mixed experience. While the food was amazing and met all my expectations, I was disappointed with the behavior of one of the workers who was very rude. On a positive note, another worker was super polite and helpful, which I appreciated. Overall, the service needs improvement, but the food quality is excellent.

Absolutely horrible can’t get a single thing right when you order online. There is one single competent worker and he makes them right every time. Any other time expect more on your order to be wrong than right. Subway is an easy job and almost every employee can’t seem to read a simple receipt on how to assemble a sub. Absolutely ridiculous.

So only reason for the 4 stars is only older woman working on weekend of high school volleyball tournament with 12 teams so high possibility it going to be busy during intermission and with town traffic. Tge older lady was a beast. Did awesome job, friendly and apologetic for the wait. A+ service. So my 4 stars comes because the reason she was by herself was because the girl who was supposed to be there went into labor at 9am. Things happen. My question on what I'd call an event weekend why would you only schedule the awesome worker with someone who is ready to pop apparently on an event weekend. And why not send her some help. Felt very bad for the woman working. She was awesome. Didn't get mad or frustrated took us all one at a time. Unfortunately we had hour break. Took 45 min to get our subs. So had to go straight back. And eat on the way. Wanted to go to Marie's but was worried about enough time. It's called fast food for a reason. Was not fast. Again to the okdervwoman who was working Jay-Z said it best..... Ladies too are pimps go brush your shoulders off.
