This traveling Norwegian stumbled into this restaurant not knowing what to expect. I was met with tremendous hospitality, good food and new friends. Wanting to appreciate the local food, I asked my server Casey to surprise me. I enjoyed The Lake Metigoshie chicken sandwich special. I don’t think I could explain quite what it is, but it was by far the best chicken I have ever had. Moist, tender, and absolutely delicious. Their bacon is smoked to perfection. They made me the Bismarck, gin and tonic which almost knocked me on my fanny, excellent! When I asked about buying a shirt celebrating The Norwegian Steak House, they arranged to have one personalized for me. My entire bill came to less than $20 which was more than reasonable as I took home half of my meal for another day. This little gem of a restaurant has it all, good food, good people and simple small town kindness. Recommend without hesitation!

Second time eating here and was just as good as the first. Steaks were delicious cooked to our liking. Shrimp was spot on. Service fast and friendly. Price was worth it.

Stopped in for lunch and The Norway House didn't disappoint! Staff was very nice and quick. Food was delicious and took little time to prepare for us. Small but great quality spot! Cold beer on tap, and decent selections of liquors. I Definitely recommend the zesty wings appetizer!

well decorated and clean restaurant. i got the grilled chicken dinner it was cooked perfect not under cooked or dried out from being cooked too long. the bread stick that came with the meal was delicious! my son and my wife where very happy with their meals as well they are very picky eaters. it was reasonably priced.

Stopped by on Saturday to celebrate Mother’s Day and a birthday, our waitress was so kind and really attentive and the food was wonderful, the my strips were so flavorful and tender and the chicken wrap has been the best I’ve had sense moveing to North Dakota, this place is so worth stopping by and trying
